    2022.40.4

From what I’ve read, yes. My car was on the .36. branch when it was announced, and installed beta. Wife’s car was on branch .40. and hasn’t gotten it. I’ve not read a single post from anyone in .40. who has beta…so from other posts it seems it will be another month (?) or so before 11 will be...

2019 Model 3 Performance OEM Wheel Sizes

This is a quick one. Does anyone know if the wheel size is different (specifically the width) between the front and rear wheels of the 2019 Model 3 Performance? I say absolutely not but just had someone at a wheel/tire store tell me the rears are 5mm wider. I think that's WRONG.

Waze Perform Like iPhone App On Model 3?

Agreed. 8-year Waze user and I don’t use anything else. Not sure why anyone would. CarPlay would be nice but as has been said, iPhone on the wireless charger leave little or nothing to be desired.

36.10 green light chime FSD only?

I think you're right. But honestly the chime is a minor change - on the surface at least - who knows what else is going on. The car has been seeing lights change for months; all they did was make it chime when it actually happens (I know there's more to it, but that's essentially it). More of...

    Staying On Standard Connectivity?

Staying on standard here. The traffic display and functionality is awful compared to Waze, so I'm stuck having my phone running that anyway. Have been using the phone as hotspot as others have detailed in previous posts and that works great. I didn't buy the car to impress anyone except my...

2020.12.5.6: Traffic Light & Stop Sign Control

Installed yesterday on our black car. White still waiting. Works great! Right out of the box a big issue is that they lowered the speed limit to the actual speed limit, not +5mph like it used to be. The +5mph was bad enough. Needs to be user selectable in a +0-15mph posted limits above 25mph...

    2020.8.1

20.8.1 updated on mine Thursday. Drove to/from work and seemed fine. Wifey’s updated last night. Don’t really care about the updates in the release notes. Hoping for a change so TACC follows in stop-n-go traffic without lagging so much. Drove 140 miles Friday and might have seen improved...

Don't try this on the highway... 2020.4.1

Perhaps. NOA is BETA software, meaning definitely NOT perfect and likely containing bugs. This is a new concept in vehicles that most drivers will be unfamiliar with. When the driver chooses to enable NOA (or Autosteer or TACC for that matter), they acknowledge & accept the risks and...

    Unavailable

Depending where he is, and possibly parked outside, it’s been below freezing in a lot of the state at night... Sounds abnormal imo.

Phantom braking is the biggest issue with AutoPilot.

I’ve got two 2019 M3P’s, both HW3, mine has 8600 miles, wifey about 2200 Just on the last update (both cars on 2020.4.1), mine (black) has experienced a pretty aggressive phantom braking symptom twice. I did not pay attention to the situation specifics other than it was highway and in a slight...
