Anyone had any luck getting a HW3.0 upgrade on the East Coast? Openings Mills is my service center. M3LR, purchased March 2019. I tried a month ago to get an appointment and they said no parts (COVID impacts and such). Anyone know if they are performing upgrades?

They didn’t say much, except that it was a manufacturing defect and that they needed to replace it. I would go ahead and do it just to be safe. They said they would reimburse me for the tint; however, I have not seen the check...

Had my roof panel replaced today. Pretty easy process and they gave me a Model S loaner for a day. Significantly reduced wind noise. Now to see if they will reimburse some of the cost of the tint I put on that panel...

They said the same thing about my passenger door seal. Let us know if you get any resolution.

Did you get any resolution? Aside from spiders? My useless sound seal is getting wedges under the corner of the glass...
