[Poll] Model 3 reservation holders: Would you get the S/X instead if you could?
Six people in our family, so something with a third row would be ideal, but I can't justifying that kind of money on a car. I'd say I couldn't justify it even at 2x my salary, but I've justified so much in the past... -

How to approach landlord about charging?
As a landlord, it's a bit of a dicey proposition as the value is only going to be present for a tiny subset of potential renters. That being said, the way you lose money is vacancy, so your best bet is to offer to extend your lease as part of any deal.
