Are you synching your phone contacts with the car? If so, there's a nasty bug which renders the MCU quite unstable (freezes, reboots, radio not refreshing/playing). Make sure NONE of your contacts have ( or ) in their names, and termin non-ASCII chars for good measure. That fixed it for me.

I've been looking everywhere to confirm this. Is this actually listed anywhere? The closest I've seen is someone deriving this based on some instructions in the model 3 owner's manual (which could change...)
