My (green) Model S came slightly damaged on the rear passenger door - Tesla wouldn't let me pick it up until they sorted it out with a body shop. I can't tell where the damage was, although when I picked it up there was still a bit of wax in the area.

Had a great time, thanks for organizing. Will definitely need to do something similar again. Frunk sitting should definitely be a thing (if it's not already). We should do a list of actual name - number plates or similar since my memory is terrible. Like: Tim - CXB-89Y

A fair point - charging from about 20% and started to really drop charge rate at the 50% mark.

Interesting that you say that because I used to get a faster charge rate at The Star. But not for the last few times I've been there. St Leonard's seems to top out at just under 600km/hr but I've had The Star's rate go well beyond 600 and up to 690km/hr. Perhaps something has changed recently.

Yeah, the parking spots are a bit odd with regards to the chargers. I noticed with the other car charging, mine was only getting around 50% of the usual power as documented. Also, a few days ago the supercharger was only pumping out 40kW and my car was the only one there at the time... As for...

The one feature I regret not getting - upgraded audio. Lack of sub is crippling, limited detail but I suppose it's not bad for "stock standard". As an audiophile I wanted to get the upgraded sound but talked myself out of it by saying "I'll just build an even better system myself", however that...

I was going to say I spotted yours, but you beat me to it. It was a double-spot. I was taking a picture as you were honking/flashing at me :-)

My charger was installed by Phil Manning (0418 288 992), and he has previously installed another Tesla charger so he knows what he is doing and is an excellent electrician. I would highly recommend him for the install. I have no financial gain here, just really happy with his work.
