If you resister that car and then sell it you don’t breach anything in the sales agreement. If you try to sell the registration that is another deal. That indeed might break the contract. But these are two very different paths.

What pricing methodology will you use for your sale. Current Tesla price + Tax = resale price ? or even ata premium over that for the time value, but they would pay the tax so that is the time value, or ?

With new cell chemistry it makes sense to use the new cells that come out of gigafactory in Tesla battery packs and not just PowerWall 2.0 So I guess we will be able to see P140D at same weight, 0-60 in under 1.8 secs. More like a catapult launch.
