Don't want heater on, want vent
+1 for smarter heater control . Fan Only (no AC, no Heat) seems like an obvious setting. My Nest thermostat recognizes three states: A/C only, Heat Only, or Both -- both is useful during fall and spring where temperatures swing between hot and cold.
