Just got the email and I’m installing 10.3.1 now!

This was my experience exactly. After the 36.5.1 download went away, I had FSD available, and didn't experience any FCWs or emergency braking on a couple of trips.

Same experience for me. I didn't install the downgrade and later yesterday afternoon went for a drive and saw that I'm still on 26.35.2, with FSD working. No more message about downloading 35.1.
