As a frequent driver through NC, I can say the state has put a lot of money into highway maintenance in the past few years. They have gone from being some of the worst interstates I drive on to among the best. VA has an EV fee as well that I don't mind paying at all.

I was just at the mall yesterday and didn't realize they where open or I would have stopped by. Just picked my 60KWh last week in Rockville.
