Hey guys this is easily addressed. Just use Chemical guys heavy duty water spot remover. It will look good as new in Just a wipe.

Specifically, What error are you getting?

Have you sent them pictures of the error? There should be errors in the vehicle logs.

Mine was displaying an error every time the car was powered up. Cut and dry needed to be replaced.

I also am getting a cabin camera error which Tesla is coming to replace Thursday. FSDb still works fine for me.

The adapter clicks into the UMC and given the fact that only 1 pin has the issue I suspect that the problem is internal to the UMC and/or the Adapter. Thanks to everyone for being a resource and for your support. I am an avid believer and supporter in the electrification of vehicles.
