It was out of the warranty period.

This happened to us. The Tesla replacement arm was $100+. So I bought a used one from Ebay.

...the wheels’ lug nuts that is. Just discovered that one of the wheels is missing 3 lug nuts. Car is 18 mos old. One of the tires needed repair today and that’s when we made the discovery. I guess it’s possible that the nuts were stolen. Or the car was delivered with them missing.
