Tesla put some rubber tubing along the side of my trunk and the rubber stoppers, helped but didn't fix the issue. Just curious, why Tesla didn't add this too....Could it be over time the tubing would be crush or prevent proper closing of the trunk?

Where is everyone getting the recommended tubing? Thanks

FYI, I came back from the Dublin Tesla and told me they are aware of the issue and there is a fix for the bump stop from Tesla China, Its not perfect but should help with the issue. I have one one order, apparently asians are more prone to this issue from what they telling me. I'm asian.

I got my pre-order form but with recent price cuts got MYLR Red/White under 55k before rebates. Pricing up up tech AWD its looking at 63 starting and it says refer to dealer so I'm asuming that means dealer markups?

Bought it from eBay a year+ ago but will check the box if there's a specific brand. It's made in China and pretty sure they from all come from same place. For what it's worth looks to be built really well. I ended moving to a model y so wheel was never installed. I'm not sure what on...
