Just got a call from the regional manager. They are building a new car and it has been slotted for production by the end of the month with delivery in late February. I just got the new VIN number!

I'm talking to the regional manager tomorrow, so I'm definitely planning to ask for a rebuild.

I'm certainly hoping to get this resolved way before April 1st, but I'm going to get it in writing either way. Unfortunately there are no Red Model S P100Ds with white interiors in inventory.

It has now been escalated to the regional service and regional delivery managers. I have to admit that the entire delivery team and service center has been amazing through all this.
