Just wanted share my case... 1) rejected delivery of 12xxx on 5/3 and asked for a new VIN. (due to painting issue on the hood) 2) got a new VIN of 18xxx today 5/15 Pearl white, 19 Sport wheel, Seattle area.

My VIN was assigned yesterday morning and I got contacted by ISA via email as well for delivery and next steps. But the VIN disappeared afternoon from my account page and I contacted ISA and they said they’re looking into it and will get back to me by Monday hopefully. Not sure what exactly...

I got invitation on 4/13 and ordered same day a Pearl White with Aero and I decided to change the wheel to 19’ and made the change yesterday(4/19). And... I just checked(4/20) the account and there is a VIN allocated 12xxx.
