No, they do not. I would absolutely recommend doing ppf and front mud flaps. Speaking from first hand experience.

I would agree that there was not a huge difference, but the ride felt firmer (which to me was better). For me, it was more about a better appearance and I love the way it looks. I would suggest considering spacers. I went with 18 and am happy.
