Right. That's not as easy as just enabling. It has to be proven it can safely work and then Tesla would have to accept liability if it failed. Both fronts would delay this from being implemented.

Again, at this point Tesla isn't ready to deploy something like that. The car isn't currently capable, maybe soon, but not at this moment.

Are you new to FSD? We've had multiple periods where the wait was months between updates.

V12 isn't unsupervised. Obviously the RT would have to be unsupervised.

It's been over 30 days since we've had an actual FSD update. The point release bug fixes have always rolled out to fix issues. Let's wait until 12.4 comes out before we see advancement.
