How to sue Tesla over historical claims

What's the advice for someone with FSD, HW3, updated cameras - but still on MCU1 and therefore software 2022.x.x - and vehicle now out of warranty? Is there an argument for a comp MCU2 upgrade to get FSD beta - one that would legally stand up in small claims court?

Delamination / Bubbles behind Instrument Cluster after eMMC replacement

Took my 2017 Model X (40k miles) in for eMMC replacement yetserday and picked it up today. As soon as I got in the car I noticed a large air bubble behind the instrument cluster screen. Went back in to let them know, but both the Service Manager and Dealer Manager couldn’t give a damn - both...

    EMMC replacement/screen bubbles

Since damage to the instrument cluster is clearly a safety concern, I would encourage anybody affected by this problem (delamination, “bubbles”, etc.) to report it to the NHTSA. It only takes 2 minutes to file a report. https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem#index

    EMMC replacement/screen bubbles

Same problem here. Screen has been perfect - I wasn’t even aware this problem existed until today. Dropped the vehicle off for EMMC replacement and saw the bubble as soon as I got in the car to leave the dealership. Service Manager and Dealer Manager couldn’t care less - both were rude and...

HomeLink stopped working - is this widespread?

Yesterday (Wednesday 10/4/17) a colleague at work told me that when she left home that afternoon in her Model X her HomeLink had stopped working and had to be re-programmed. Low and behold, when I got home last night in my own Model X, mine had stopped working too. It still comes up with the...

    Door sensor function and testing

Jeeps17: That doesn't sound unreasonable - but no wind on the day in question. vandacca: That doesn't sound unreasonable either - but this was another car parked in the adjacent space. The sensors on the driver door seem to work. If I approach the car from the front the auto presenting driver...

    Supercharger - Laurel, MD

Good to know. It's not marked as such and on the day I was there all chargers were in-use and there was a line. I watched two people pull in and park at that station, then spend several minutes trying to figure out why it wasn't working. I'm sure Tesla are aware - but any way to check and/or...

    Door sensor function and testing
