2023.20.9 has FSD 11.3.6 in it, which supports HW3 (but not HW4) cars. So you should be able to get FSD beta pretty quickly.

I think those of us who had FSD beta prior to 11.3.6 followed the path to 11.4.x, while those who were waiting for beta to catch up to their car software went directly to 23.12.10 and 11.3.6 and have been following that upgrade path. I don't think there's anything special about being on 11.4.4...

As long as you're on FSD (beta), you won't be offered a newer non-FSD software, so no "monitoring" of versions necessary. How they decide to merge versions?... who knows. What to do if you're subscribing and choose to unsubscribe?... then you may be offered incompatible versions again.

I still haven't seen any reports of folks with 2022.45.15 (FSD 11.3.6) getting updated tp 2023.12.10.

You need 2023.12.10, not 2023.12.9. You will probably be offered that download in the near future.

It's great that you can talk to the car to set most options while driving (instead of fiddling with menus on the screen). I'm always surprised that you can't set the car to vocalize back announcements, but are required to read text on the screen instead.

Obviously, you have 2022.44.100, not 2023... Since that version is higher # than the current wide release (2022.44.30.10), you will have to wait at least until the current FSD 11.3.2, which is on software branch 2022.45... comes out wide. Until then, no way for you to get the necessary...

Post Mar '19 folks weren't promised that Tesla could actually accomplish "handsfree/mindfree FSD", but they were promised that they were entitled to whatever the product "FSD" became. As long as someone gets "handsfree/mindfree FSD", they are also entitled to it. That's what the product was...

Should include the ability to transfer (or credit the original purchase price) until the feature is delivered. Once promised FSD (not L2 FSDb) is delivered, FSD license can belong to the limited remaining life of the car. Until then, the product hasn't been delivered.

If Tesla can't actually create a real (L4) "FSD", post-3/19 buyers get only what was listed (or developed for them since). But FSD was never sold as being *limited* to only those few features available at the time. It was sold as including whatever features Teslas added to that product named...

10.69.25 is actually on 2022.44.25.5. No one knows what software V11 will release on... there's no public release yet being discussed. My guess is it will be on an early 2023 release. Elon's "next week" mean nothing.
