I sent an email to [email protected] a week ago to try to create a support ticket to ask why this isn't working for me. It's still not working. Anybody have any ideas on how to get ahold of somebody at Tesla for help on this?

Thanks for the response on this. Still no luck for me. I created a support ticket over the weekend but haven't heard anything back from Tesla Energy on it yet. I'll update the thread once i do.

Thanks for the update. Did you see it in your car first, and then the app after enabling it in your car? I still don't see it in the app, but haven't checked my car yet.

Just a quick update for the thread, Charge By Solar is still not showing up for me. Powerwall has updated to 23.12.11, but other than that nothing has changed. I opened a ticket with support and will post what they say, just in case it helps anybody else on this issue in the future.
