Just got a call from service. They are still trying to figure it out, was told they are escalating it up to another engineer so sounds like not a simple software fix, so will be in service for an another 2 days. At least I have a loaner

I used one of these on my 2018 and thought it worked well, however when I tried to put it on my plaid I could not get the front part to stay. I tried really stretching it and pushing it down with tools, taping, glue, etc. As soon as I thought it would stay, I would start driving, hit a bump...

As a side note. Seems like the service centers have run through their supply of 8GB mcus. I had some warranty work done due to issues with the audio system, and to my surprise the MCU got replaced with a 16 GB model
