Adaptive Suspension Damping… Real or Ruse? Which one do you have? Find out fast!

I certainly didn't mean to suggest you stop contributing to this thread. What I think would be great if you have the time is to look at the videos @SteveSchweer has posted in this thread and the original thread to see if your concerns about his method have legs. I think we're all on board with...

Adaptive Suspension Damping… Real or Ruse? Which one do you have? Find out fast!

Out of curiosity, have you watched/read all of the videos/posts @SteveSchweer has posted on this topic over the last 6 months during his investigation? He's got a lot of empirical evidence that the suspension in his car is functioning as he has described. It feels like you are dismissing it...

Power Frunk Group Buy - MS Refresh LR/Plaid

Ok, EVOffer got in touch and we were able to figure it out. I took videos from the inside as the hood closed and we saw that the springy bar EVOffer uses to provide latch protection was a little too high so the hood was bouncing off of it before the latch engaged. There wasn't a lot of wiggle...

Did it take 2 zip ties tied together? The long ones provide don't make it around the large brown frame piece with the qr code on it.

Power Frunk Group Buy - MS Refresh LR/Plaid

Yes, the latch was opening enough. I re-tried moving the latch all the way to the top and the hood started latching although there was a little play in it afterwords. It would sink down all the way and latch then pop up a tiny bit, not sure if that's normal but I also didn't have the side...

Power Frunk Group Buy - MS Refresh LR/Plaid

Yes I contacted them via Telegram last night at 6pm EST and haven't heard anything back yet. I re-pinged the conversation this morning in case they missed it.

Not that I'm aware of. I tried moving the latch all the way up but it didn't help.

2nd issue, anyone else experience the hood not going down enough to latch? It slows down a few inches high and then stops right as it nears the latch.

Can anyone who finished this show where they stowed the latch motor? I know the directions suggest putting it near the wheel well for an emergency but I don't see anything good to zip-tie near there.

Rear screen zoomed in after update 2022LR

I feel like something changed on the rear screen, it looks like the aspect ratio is off or something. I don't look at the rear screen much but my 5 year old mentioned it and now I keep staring at it to figure out if it changed or not. I don't have the issue where the wrong button gets hit but...

Model S - Power Frunk Group Buy (all years)

Interestingly, I ordered a few days ago using the code and my order has already shipped. I wonder if this means we already hit the 20 orders as I can't see them trying to claw back money after shipping the product.

Anyone have an Model S MSM with XPEL Stealth in Boca-Delray-Boynton Area?

Same here, if you want to see it with the PPF maybe we can meet at the Delray Marketplace Supercharger this weekend. I have to make sure I have time to wash it first as its a bit dirty right now. If you want I'll DM you if I'm available.

Anyone have an Model S MSM with XPEL Stealth in Boca-Delray-Boynton Area?

I paid around $6.5k for full SunTek Reaction PPF, Xpel Prime Plus 20% on the side and rear windows, and Spectra PhotoSync 70 on the front windshield. I have an MSM, with the clear on it it basically always stays shiny.
