Ouch, that sounds terrible. I had 1 terrible service experience with my Model 3 where it broke down, service said the car needed to be towed and it was unsafe to drive, something to do with the high voltage contactor and potentially losing power while driving all precipitated by a charging...

The thing that concerns me is the S & X still have a shuddering issue from the front half shaft design with the higher suspension setting and damage over time/use. This has been an issue since AWD was introduced and is still not fixed with many revisions...to the point where they aren't fixing...

I'm also loving the competition!!

I think a big part of it is the drivetrain and suspension is the same across all, it would be equivalent to a trimotor being on all CTs To the question though, I did throw in a preorder, liked what I saw and the size is appealing. I figure by the time I get a chance to order I will have more...

Holy moly! The biggest discount I've seen this quarter is around $4k which barely makes sense to go after. I was told that the days of huge discounts are gone....but it sounds like there are still some crazy deals out there.

What discount did you get? I'm in the market and looking for one right now.
