Had a drive unit replaced for our Model 3 LR RWD last month. The DU part was ASY,3DUR,MOSFET-HC (1120980-00-F). Anecdotally, seems like I’m getting better efficiency. It could be since our prior DU was failing.

March 2018 LR RWD. 14k mi and 100% = 293. Firmware 2019.20.1 Regularly charge to 80 or 90%. Use about 20-30% range per day. I’m shocked at the degradation and Tesla hasn’t responded after several inquiries.

The supercharger gap between SLO and Monterey was about 150mi. This helps for road tripping across the coast and worrying less about supercharger availability or gaps, especially if you're staying at Big Sur.
