Okay. Good news. Today morning I got 4.2 update and that fixed the AC. Dog mode screen is still disabled every time I park the car. When I start the car and go to dog mode screen, I am able to change dog mode settings.

How do you reboot screen? Is that different from hard reset where you hold scroll wheels and brake pedal?

I just bought splitters (2). I dont want Tesla to ruin my setup in future by these updates. It's $10 for 2 spliters and will come handy for other devices.

This helped me. I have ~2011 liftmaster garage door opener. I was able to get car lights blinked and I also did learn button thing but this never worked. Finally I released all older profiles and then redid the steps and it worked.
