We are traveling from Kalispell, you’re closer!

    Supercharger - Helena, MT

Hey we should really let Super 1 in Helena know how much we appreciate them hosting the Superchargers! After all, they are looking to host the Kalispell location, and I think it would be helpful for them to see the benefits of having Tesla customers! I'm planning to be there Friday July 3rd...

When you get to the rebalancing phase of charging, L1=L2=L3 time and energy wise.

HWPC inside shed - options for routing cable outside?

I would install the charger where you’re charging the car. If you park the car inside the shed, put it inside. I was given a 1st gen HPWC by a friend, and it had been outside since 2014, in Montana. You wouldn’t know it was ever outside. I installed it in my garage because that’s where I park...

Battery Replaced Under Warranty - 30+ miles below rated range

I use percentage display exclusively, and if I am concerned about running my battery low I just look at the energy consumption and trip screens. They take into account how you’ve been driving.

It's not the end of the world that the Bighorn location is delayed. The distance between Billings and Miles City is 145 miles. The distance between Billings and Sheridan (WY) is 135 miles. No one is worried about putting one in at Custer's Battlefield. We're lucky to have so many in sparsely...

    Supercharger - Spokane, WA

750 KVA xfrmr can be overloaded for awhile. There is enough load diversity due to SOC, number of vehicles, etc. It's my belief that the locations are made ready for Power Pack later if not immediately.

This truck design had better be a joke....

I’m ecstatic that everyone doesn’t love it! It’s the perfect combination of off putting and badass that will keep it a little unique on the roads. It’s judged negatively by our SJ society, perfect for us outlier NTs.

Build it and they will come. Tesla is also thinking about the day when cities of Spokane's size will have many Tesla's belonging to people in multi-family housing. Because in a vacuum, the CdL SC meets the needs of travelers.

Sanity check: Missoula to Banff in a P3D-

Looks reasonable given the ChaDeMo adapter. In the Kalispell area and Going to the Sun road portion, the chargers that might work for you depending on the trip flow are the HPWC at Lake McDonald Lodge (across from the market), the J1772 units inside City of Whitefish parking garage (P2, handy...

    Supercharger - Northwest - Kalispell

I've went from my house in Bigfork to Calgary in winter with my Model 3 (early production). Charged to 100% at home, by way of US2 through Browning. All the roads are kept open in winter except for storms. Its impossible to go from Kalispell to Ft. MacLeod by way of Shelby in winter without...

    Supercharger - Northwest - Kalispell

Kalispell can bridge between Missoula and Fort Macleod in a LR Tesla. It’s only a few more miles net deviating to US93, and debatably more scenic.

I don’t have the liberty to answer your question. There are many moving parts, so it is subject to change. In this region, the Canadian route across the prairie currently has priority.

The current information from Tesla is that it will be a V3 charger installed by the end of 2019 across the tracks from Brannigans.
