Both bumper alignments don't look too bad. I would not want them to touch bumpers and risk making them worse.
Card key and window trim are easy fix. Mobile range can fix those in less than an hour at your house/office.
Try clean the sunvisor yourself. If you can't, that's an easy fix...
In the same boat. I ordered 7/25 and got shipping date pushed out to 10/4 today. I got the email today (9/21) asking me to accept the new date by 9/20 16:00, otherwise the order will be canceled. Their system would not let me accept the new date as it has passed 9/20 4pm.
I ended up chatting...
It makes sense for Tesla to enable some services with monthly fee. More sustainable revenue going their way.
I am more concerned about the battery drain if those cameras need to be active all time.
Yes, good catch on the rotor. I didn't even notice that until I took the pics. I already have an appointment with Alex to clean it up and apply clear coat on the decals.
Don't think, just do it. Even you miss $7500 tax credit, $3750 is not bad. Also I heard Tesla is conservative on the build schedule. I bet you will get the car around Thanksgiving if you order today.
I don't think he removed the calipers when he painted them. On one of the calipers, I can see a small spot where the paint is thinner than other areas. To be fair, that spot is on the inside of the calipers and it's hard to see. It took me a while to show that to Alex. But from the outside, it...
If SW can recognize for example the BLE Mac address on the phone, then it can determine which profile to load. Of course if there are two phones in proximity to the car, it will use the first phone it recognizes. Should not be too hard to implement.
50% front, 35% back and rear. It looks darker in the pics.

If Tesla is unethical, they should charge you $49K + $6K (EAP) up front and tell you "we will turn on EAP in two years."
I am sure all the costs to have all necessary hardware implemented in M3 is included in the base cost. $6k in my opinion is purely SW development cost. It is up to the market...
I tuned on fan to cool down the interior before lunch and I can't turn off the fan from app now. Hopefully it will not drain too much battery before I can turn it off manually.
When I saw your posts, I went to check out all the seals and trim around the windows. And luckily, there's no damage as far as I can tell. Have you talked to Alex yet about this? I hope he will cover the replacement cost.
Did you go to the San Jose or Los Gatos location?
Alex charged $300 for painting all four calipers. This is the first time I am doing this and I didn't know I need to provide the decals. I have bought the decals from ebay. Alex will put them on when I bring my car in for the final touch up in two weeks.
I have not seen the red calipers on P...
