    walta, I have a V1 P90DL and I'm having the same range issue you were having. Can you give me some advise on how to navigate getting a new battery based on decrease range? I get the same nonsense...engineers states that the battery is functioning as intended.

    It took a year to convince tesla. But the argument that did the trick was that the warranty stated tesla would not cover gradual battery loss. I showed that I went from 268 to 254 in the first three months. That plus I submitted and was accept by California dispute settlement program. Before we went to arbitration tesla finallly agreed to replace it with the newer better version 3 battery.
