    2020.48.x

Believe it or not, it has gotten cold enough for reduced regen down here! And I road tripped to Phoenix AZ thru Santa Fe, NM and back so she's already seen plenty of snow.

    2020.48.x

The first time I was fully charged for a road trip I went to slow down behind a car at a red light and my car didn't slow down as fast as it normally does bc it was fully juiced. Scared the s$*% out of me but I quickly moved to the brake pedal. Someone else less experienced would have hit the...

The regen bar shows reduced availability of regen braking in cold weather or high state of charge. When the main form of slowing the car down changes strength depending on conditions, this gauge bar becomes critical. It's actually kinda important to be able to gauge, ya know, if your cars gonna...

Yeah the fact that my screen now shows 30% blank space sucks. I understand where they are headed with the UI for beta testers and eventually FSD folks, but we aren't there yet and, especially for those of us without FSD, this update blows.

The heated seat symmetry is a huge faux pax and is emblematic of the lack of thought given. They could fix it by moving the app drawer to the right side. You don't really need it while driving as often as the other three closest icons (music, wipers, camera). Or even swap over the music icon to...

Yeah, they grew the visualization area and then allowed more stuff to cover it up. Counterproductive.

    2020.48.x

Yeah these layout changes suck. I don't need to see a bigger view of my little car model and virtual surroundings. It's a tertiary feature. Knowing what's around me is what my eyes and mirrors are for. Plus it mostly just shows empty space. A full 30% of my screen is now just empty space...

Yep. And we need, at a minimum, a toggle that lets you select whether you can charge at your end destination. Or, even better, an option for selecting charge-remaining at destination. The algorithm for routing seems to randomly choose how much battery you have left upon arrival. Sometimes it...

    2020.48.x

The arbitrary layout changes that make it look like a beta mockup are the biggest problem. It went from looking like an intentional dashboard layout to a smattering of icons floating randomly on top of the mostly useless animated FSD car preview.

    Tesmanian Model Y Floor Mats

I was a little worried about the slick hard "Rubbermaid trashcan" feel of them when I first got them. They are definitely plastic, not rubber, but once they were installed they feel just rubbery/grippy and flexible enough for my tastes. I'm happy with them overall.

    Tesmanian Model Y Floor Mats

I live in a southern city with sandy soil and bad roads so our cars get a lot of sand and fine road debris in them. The all weather mats catch the sand so it doesn't sink into the crevices of the car. The removable carpet vacuums or dumps out a lot easier than the carpet that is permanently...

    Tesmanian Model Y Floor Mats

I did it. It works. The back fits just fine. The front passenger and driver cause a little wrinkle on the right edge but it settles out and is worth the benefits IMO.

    Window slap/rattle when closing

Last year I sat in two different model 3s in NYC and CA showrooms. Only the one in NYs front passenger door had this issue. My Y does not make this noise. Ask them to fix it.

ANY white without a mismatched rear bumper?

My bumpers are slightly more yellow but not noticeable by anyone else but me. My partners new white RAM truck is the same. His metal gas flap is even a slightly different shade of white oddly enough so it isn't even isolated to just plastic vs metal. I can live with it on both cars.

24 hours with the Polestar 2

I'm pretty sure pressing up only to the first detent on the stalk disengages autosteer while leaving TACC on. Apart from that, I completely agree with the reviewer, that the bing bongs and disengaging autosteer just for a manual lane change is super annying.
