When you make a service appointment in the app, it always first assumes that it will be done as mobile service with the address you provide. If they read the description of your problem and determine that it must be done at the SC then they will update the appointment.

Always worth a shot to reboot the car's computer. Hold down both scroll wheels on the steering wheel until the screens goes black. It will restart on its own. If that doesn't work, restart your phone or redownload the app.
