Sorry, I actually like the new UI :)

Shame, I was excited about that little bit of information until this point. You can therefore only do this when not navigating somewhere. It would make more sense to me if the car visualization was covered up. Most of the information there you can see out the window anyway.

Everything wrong with V11 update / user interface.

I have to admit I thought it was very funny when Tesla started giving you automated navigation to places basically based on how unlikely you were to need it. Fortunately you can turn it off.

Different for me. Last week I could see the streets. I used navigation at night for the first time this evening on V11. I don't think even the navigation can see the small streets. Navigate home line started some distance from my location and as I could not make out the streets to get to...

I think this makes sense though something probably needs to be down with the contrast on the map at night too. I really can't see many of the smaller streets.

    Poll on V11 interface

The wh/mi indicator is very valuable information especially if you are on a trip. It allows you to adjust your energy usage to increase your range if necessary. It HAS effectively been removed or at least been severely crippled when you are navigating somewhere as you can't see the map. I am...

Everything wrong with V11 update / user interface.

Already supercharger locations opened for other manufacturers in the Netherlands and one here in Norway. It is slightly more expensive for non Tesla's but only by a little if you buy a monthly plan. I think it's a bad move by Tesla but they seem to be seriously thinking about it, in Europe at...

Everything wrong with V11 update / user interface.

Bjørn Nyland's real world range tests in the summer has Tesla Model Y LR at 294 miles and the Ioniq AWD at 286. A difference of 8 miles. Tesla still do things like auto pilot better and Y LR with the boost is faster, The Y is also bigger which is important to me. I am simply saying that the...

Yeah, that's why I said it has slightly more range than the Model Y Performance I have on order.

Everything wrong with V11 update / user interface.

Ioniq 5 has slightly more range than the Model Y Performance I have on order. However, over say 200 miles I think charging speed is more important than just plain range anyway. The Ioniq 5 has an 800V battery vs Tesla's 400V so charges considerably faster. It can also act as a 16A outlet...

Everything wrong with V11 update / user interface.

I test drove an ioniq 5 recently. Really nice car. Ride comfort is close to my X and it is faster than I expected. I have a MY on order but am seriously considering cancelling it and getting the Ioniq instead. One point on superchargers. Here in Norway Tesla are experimenting with allowing...

    v11 software update SUCKS

I haven't updated my 2017 X yet and I understand that it is the older X/S' that have a missing charge level slider so it is probably just a bug. Agree 100% on the reasons for not replacing my X with a new one.

Everything wrong with V11 update / user interface.

NOTHING takes priority over removing a button, icon or piece of the car. By the way, I test drove an Ioniq 5 recently. It really is a very, very nice car and has many features that Tesla really should have. It's implementation of the camera on indicator is way better too. I swear, if Tesla...

    v11 software update SUCKS

To be fair, Tesla have gone for form over function since at least 2018. The Model 3 is an exercise in form over function only beaten by the refreshed X and S

I like the blind spot camera too as it shows more than the mirrors do in the dark. Small point though, it is not a Tesla innovation. Both the Ioniq 5 and the EV6 have it and with a better implementation. Still, glad to have it.

Good point! Maybe they could consider putting the wiper controls on it.
