Spotify for Tesla is absolutely trash. It doesn't sync songs added to playlists for days, selecting the curated playlists almost always plays a completely different playlist, and often just manually picking a song will play something else entirely.

For what it's worth I got my shipping notification today. I think the company is legit, they just communicate themselves poorly. Hopefully that improves over time.

I think a possible solution to your situation is to stop making promises. Instead of saying "Your product will ship tomorrow", try not saying that.
