This affects more than just ui. It changes the values for what it looks for on rear ebp hardware. Hence the errors. Wouldn't do it unless you actually have the upgraded hardware. Also only shows red only on performance cars even with setting change.

Public toolbox can now code headlights to global. Just tested.

I didn't end up replacing the lv controller. I think what I was skipping is the redeployment of the firmware after the config change that was keeping it from working.

Update. Mine had a similar behavior to yours. I got toolbox from a friend updated the tow package to rev2 and redeployed the firmware. It's working correctly now. Redeployment is required after update.

Ordered the new left lv controller. Let's see.

I have this exact tow hitch. It does not operate on my Fremont built hw4 car even with the configuration updated. Tried rev1 and rev2 under the tow configuration. Lights don't operate. Trailer icon remains red. Looking for the same answer. Connector fits but nothing works on the 7 pin.

Brake bleed procedures no longer require toolbox. They are available in 2023.44 in the service mode brakes menu.

Sorry I use a dedicated android phone to run teslogic and there is a beta link in the playstore. Not sure about iOS.
