    2019.32 - Improved performance...across ALL trims!

It's about 150 GBP in the UK, so probably $150 in the USA.

Model S gone in less than 60 seconds

It was a service loan car and Tesla don't allow P2D on those because they couldn't keep track of the PIN(s).

Model S gone in less than 60 seconds

    It was a loan car!

Model S gone in less than 60 seconds

Oh but you can - just pull out the SIM card, which takes a few seconds when you know how. That's what has been done with cars stolen in the UK. Very few have been recovered.

Voice command list - From Car

Keep Climate On and Dog Mode On would be useful. Also Tilt/Intrusion Off.

Cancel location for auto fold mirrors

I cancelled my location. I stopped at the location and tapped the X at the end of 'Automatically fold mirrors at this location'. It's the same as for the suspension. It seems that this function is intended only for entering/leaving a garage because the mirrors unfold within about 10 metres...

Why does Model 3 need CCS/CHAdeMO adapter? This is why.

The EU/UK version of the Model 3 has a CCS port but Tesla have said they will sell a CCS adapter for Model S & X. There was a picture of it in a recent Elektrek letter.

PowerWall 2 from USA to Europe

Power in Europe is 220-240 volt. Homologation might be a problem too - devices attached to a power network have to be approved by the country and labelled as such and the local supply company has also to approve. Bringing a PW from the USA is almost certainly not worth the hassle.

    Question about Homelink

Many openers do not support HomeLink; have you ascertained whether your does? If not, you will have to connect a supplementary HomeLink-compatible receiver to the opener, such as the PR433-4 made by Gentex/Chamberlain (though that particular model works at 433MHz, which I don't think you use in...

v9 finally going international? ... 2018.40 spotted in Japan

I really would not worry about this; the only real improvement in v9 is that autosteer is more stable and auto-lane-change is better. However, the user interface has changed a lot - and not for the better: smaller icons, things moved to other places, more taps to control the climate system...

New Anti-Theft package at Tesla Shop

~s 1 & 2 above #s 1 & 2 above are examples of when it might get tripped but outie and zanary sum up the other circumstances.

New Anti-Theft package at Tesla Shop

Yes, it does trigger a mobile alert - it sets the alarm off, so you get the same alert as the basic alarm gives. There are three things to watch for with this Tilt/Intrusion enhancement: 1. If a bug gets caught in the car, the alarm will sound. 2. If you leave a dog or child in the car, you...

    Software Update 2018.42.x

That's as may be but, in the meantime, we have to put up with an interface that is a severe downgrade from what we had. I agree that it's good to have all the heating/cooling in one place but the icons are too small to be got at safely when driving.

    Software Update 2018.42.x

This does not give me confidence that it will handle roundabouts in the UK (we have thousands) with up to 6 exits!
