Wiki Teslike Model Y Survey & Order Tracker Spreadsheet

So kind of an odd experience on taking delivery. The order to pick up was just short of a week so I wasn’t quite prepared as to how to operate, let unlock the car. The Rocklin service center was fairly packed with people test driving or picking up new cars. I was give the key card, signed an...

Wiki Teslike Model Y Survey & Order Tracker Spreadsheet

First post here. I ordered last Tuesday, received notice on Sunday it arrived at Sacramento/Rocklin CA and I’m picking it up tomorrow at noon. Midnight Grey, Black, 20” wheels. I’m shocked, I was expecting the 4 to 8 weeks that was given when ordered.

    Today's Roadster Orphan

Asking for a friend, When garaging the Roadster for more than a month, is the storage mode the best charging choice to preserve the battery life?

I was able to cancel the purchase. So Sad, I was so excited. This dealer is by far the coolest guy. I suggested he become familiar with the CAC and Ideal range since he has purchased and sold a few Roadster through his shop. They are so gracious and helpful.

He sent me a photo of the Ideal Range = 155. Is their a Roadster Owners Manual for Idiots or Roadster for the Soul book I can purchase?

Thanks Jason for the steps to get to the ESS SOC. The dealer was able to send me a photo of it. CAC is 111.91. He said it had a current range of 165 miles but I believe there are different Range indicators. I've seen within this forum that the Ideal Range is the best indicator.

Thank you Jason, Looks like you have the same color. The dealer said it was metallic grey but it looks a little blue as well. Is it just the photos looking blue?

I was able to enlarge the Tesla service narrative about the ESS Bleed Test. Should I be concerned about "6 bricks flagged for high discharge."

    Today's Roadster Orphan

Ok, I'm a little nervous but excited because I just bought #231 over the phone. I've never bought a car that I didn't physically see or test drive. Granted this isn't just a car but I've never physically been near a Roadster let alone test drive one. I asked for the CAC but the dealer wasn't...

I just bought the car of my dreams! A 2011 3.0 Roadster!

Congratulations on the Roadster. Normally I'd be jealous but your enthusiasm makes me so happy for you. I PM'd thebabydoc a couple of weeks ago but didn't hear back. Love the white.

Just found this thread and became a member. I'm been very interested in pursuing a 2008 Roadster as my daily driver but I've only seen them from a distance. I'd like to be able to sit in one and ride as a passenger to make sure my 59 year old back can handle it. I live near Auburn California...
