San Jose 10/12 LR White/White order has VIN in source and the website allows me to pay for the car now. No delivery text yet.

I was told by my SA that the inventory on the website is preproduction so they aren’t just sitting in a lot ready to pick up. And that means they may not be done before the end of the year, which is why they aren’t switching orders to them.

Yes, I got the text recently when everyone else was on here saying they got the text. Nothing else since then.

Did you get the sense from them that all Bay Area orders (including October orders) will deliver in the last 3 days?

Not sure it means much, but I got the delivery availability email just now for my Bay Area 10/12 LR AWD order!

In San Jose, ordered a Model 3 AWD in white on Oct 12, still no VIN in source. My SA actually replies to my emails though, so it could be worse. Not that he has any information for me, but its better than being ghosted.
