I did get a call yesterday night (Saturday) asking if we could pick up a car today (Sunday) but we had to reject as could only take delivery on weekends and it is not possible to get a bank draft on the weekend. From what I could tell, all banks are closed on the weekend during COVID-19... also...

All I know is that we are to bring a bank draft for the full amount on the date of delivery?

I just decided to email my SA and ask for an expected time frame just to remind him I exist, although he doesn't work Fridays and Saturdays so I won't be able to hear back until Sunday anyways.

Yep, I'm still checking my source a few times a day just waiting for my VIN to pop up. I just wonder if the price change had anything to do with causing a delay and reseting my position in the "wait".

I mean since our household is still working from home, it's not exactly a rush to get the car anyways but it would be nice since it's replacing a car that is no longer drivable so we are short a vehicle. But I guess it is nice to save some money on insurance in the meantime.
