85D, April '15 delivery, Tech Package. I noticed this at v7.1, it has continued to baffle me even now, at 7.1 (2.12.22); perhaps I should call Tesla and ask for 2.12.45 be queued up for OTA, if that's even possible.

I've had this issue as well. I didn't occur with 7.0, I only started noticing it with 7.1. It's super-annoying.

This is good to know. Although I live in California, I visit central Maine quite often - maybe next trip will be with my S 85D.
