    Not necessarily true. My gateway has both a wired and a wifi connection to my home network. Each as a different MAC and IP address but respond identically so it matters not which I use. It also has wifi hotspot active (which I don't use) and its own cellular connectivity independent of my home...

    I get the same issue -with both the ethernet and wifi IP addresses. Both ways display the built in web interface but I do need to tell the browser to"ignore" the certificate error V7.1.1.0
