No, you cannot. Navdy requires functional OBD-II port. It is not functional in Tesla S, I dont expect any different in Tesla 3. There are non-connected solutions using GPS, but its less reliable. I dont think so. To store 10000 cars you dont need warehouse but small airfield. Besides tesla owners know their car was build immediately it leaves factory. How will you explain to them they must wait knowing car just stays in california desert?
