yes , they tend to deny warranty claims or take any responsibility . its disheartening that Tesla didn't even take responsibility to address or look into the issue i'm hard pressed to get answers from them , looks like my insurance provider and the my legal team are trying to get some answers...

I took it to the service center and they weren't sure why that would occur and mentioned that it could have been a pot hole or hitting a bump at high speed.

yeah I've been thinking about changing to 20" , because except for looks 22" aren't any good. Noisy, bumpy ride , loss of range ....

I did pass it on to Tesla , looking at it seems to be a wheel defect , because there isn't any damage or scratch to outer part of the rim. I haven't heard from Tesla

Yes they are stock 22s

I was driving at 55mph on highway and our Front wheel cracked all of sudden, and started to wobble. There was no pothole or any obstruction. Did this happen to anyone ? Thankfully this happened when no kids were around in the car.

Are you planning on getting 22" wheels , I would recommend staying away from them if Range and comfort are your top priorities. For regular long distance travel while there is range difference for sure , the difference can be mitigated through driving style or relying on Autopilot.

I would just peel the edge and stretch it while applying that back. I had success with stretching and using the heat gun
