I took my delivery today. No paint or panel gap issue whatsoever. The FWD was not fully flushed with the back trunk door trim but it is just slightly off. I am fine with it. Overall, happy camper.

I'm scheduled for 11/24 delivery. Texted SA to see if I could visually inspect it before I wire everything in, but they refused. So I'm gonna sneak into the service center either on Wednesday when we have an early release or on Thanksgiving to look at the car. I, too, had not so good experience...

I had 2 MS and 1 MX, and tried twice to justify the 4th Tesla to be 3 or Y. Had both 3 and Y as loaners in the past and test-drove a 2023 MY. The final verdict is that we are buying another MX. The biggest complaint I had when comparing 3 and Y to S and X is: 1) Road noise 2) Horrible...

If I read other posts correctly, the X will open the door slightly. Mine will be here on the 20th, it is in NJ at this very moment, as the SA texted me today to see if I want to pick it up ASAP instead of the 11/24 ~ 12/1 window.

The VIN took about 60+ days. You have to take the delivery before 12/31/2023 to qualify for the $7.5K. I don't mean any disrespect by stating this.

You might be too late for the tax edition party.

My 2022 MS LR (not plaid) came with the same brake caliper. Glossy black. It used to be gray unpainted caliper for non-plaid S or X. I had a bodyshop painted previous 2015 MS 85D and 2019 MX 100D. The new glossy black-painted brake caliper looks good, it saves money for me, lol

The MX had a refresh in 2022, right? Another refresh? I doubt it. But if they do, I might just reject that VIN and wait in the Que again lol. Kidding, I won't. lol

You will get your VIN next Monday or early next week, lol I am sure of it. The end is near, hanging there. My EDD is now 11/24 ~ 12/1 with the VIN assigned, Boston area delivery.
