    Supercharger - Taree, NSW

The first of the pics posted by @jacko306 on the 4th show what looks like a plastic lined trench inside the fence but it is not really distinct. Having the drill there does sort of confirm an under road power supply solution.

    Tesla Software updates - Australia

As it's only been around for 7 days and the majority of cars on TeslaFi have been updated to 8.9. I would surmise that 8.7 is the buggy version they're trying to remove from the fleet. 8.7 got to just under 50% of the TeslaFi fleet and now it's down to just 17% with the majority of 3's now on...

Tesla Model Y - Whilsting Noise Unresolved - Regret ever buying the car

Model 3's had a problem with some cars whistling from the gaps in the roof glass and windscreen area. You can buy a sealing rubber for 3's that seal the gaps to solve that whistle. Try putting tape over the gaps between the windscreen and roof glass, the two roof glass panes and along the side...

My statement regarding Tesla was purely conjecture.

    Tesla Software updates - Australia

Apple is a different system. It uses Akamai and their worldwide server infrastructure to supply updates. When you look for an Apple update your software is pointed to the closest server for downloads and this can vary in each geo depending on the burden of updates from each of the server piers...

    Supercharger - Taree, NSW

Doh! It's obviously space set aside for the cable reels and other stuff when delivered. Not possible to store it inside the park.

    Supercharger - Raymond Terrace, NSW

Also, the longer cabinet may be for the control of the solar and contain batteries for storage. The capped conduits may be for the installation of another cabinet of battery storage in future. Time will tell. It will just be good to have this site online.

    Supercharger - Raymond Terrace, NSW

Redrafted my deleted posts for clarity - I saw this pic which shows capped conduit at the site but it matches the size of the other cabinet to the right and doesn't match the layout for the 3 power cabinets in front. The extra space may well be due to the size of the solar strings and their...

    Supercharger - Taree, NSW

Nothing visible. I think that will come once the site is more finished. Lots of concrete to go in yet. As previously suggested, over head from the existing infrastructure is the likely application. No trenching to bring it from the existing ground infrastructure which would have happened before...

    Supercharger - Taree, NSW

Dropped by the site this afternoon. Limited progress wasn't worth pics. Concrete has been poured around the conduits for the HV units but still needs a pour for the plinth to mount the cabinets. Roadside has been prepared to pour concrete with formwork in for the stalls and paths. Nothing on...

    Supercharger - Raymond Terrace, NSW

The pics from Whirlpool (direct links): The reason the number of stalls didn't look right is because the last set are at right angle to the main set of stalls adjacent to Adelaide Street (L shaped). From the blue tarps it looks like there are still a couple of stalls to have the charger...

    Supercharger - Taree, NSW

May be in prep to relay the surface and they may be installing overhead solar panels as they have in Raymond Terrace and they needed to have the tar gone to install the mounting posts. The road surface is in good condition on that part of Wynter Street though. Also may be laying concrete plinths...

    Supercharger - Taree, NSW

I was in Taree this morning and dropped by the SC site. Guys were working in the rain to get the trenches and conduit laid. The sparkies turned up to view the site but were tight lipped on the installation. Looks like 12 stalls and the cabinets will be off the street in the park behind the...

That proposed location is behind Hungry Jacks (lower left on the roundabout). Nothing there this week when I was in town. I'm in there again Monday and will check out the previously pictured site prep near the park.

Brake Regeneration - Low To Non-Existent (Aussie Site - Discussion)

Tessie has a good graph of energy usage for a given trip. The regen is displayed on the graph as a green trace so you can see if it is operating efficiently. This graph is of a longer drive to illustrate the data it captures for your drive. If you hover the cursor over the trace it will display...
