Steam integration for Model S built after Feb 2022 only?

I have a model S Plaid that was delivered almost exactly a year ago (12/23). It received the the .3 version of the holiday update last night . It only has 8GB, so no Steam.

Anyone buy eves adapters Tesla plug extension cord?

I've been waiting 16 months for delivery, so don't hold your breath

    Safety Score for Insurance

I get a FCW almost every day I drive due to street parked cars on mildly curved residential streets in my neighborhood tripping the alert, even when driving at 15/20mph in zone where the speed limit is 30.

    Wiki Model S Delivery Update

My Plaid order was just bumped from August to February, it was originally a Plaid+ order too. This feels a whole lot like the back of the line.

Plaid - 4 days from order to delivery!

Churning them out so fast my August date was bumped all the way to Feb date, it will have been on order for over a year by then (and was also originally a Plaid+ order so they aren't exactly taking care of those people very well)

Picked up my Plaid Model S

Mine just got bumped to February. Difficulty: I had a Plaid+ on order originally

Where is the most reliable spot for the toll transponder on new MS with AP2?

Anywhere should work, they seem to have changed their glass or tint from the older models. My tolltag reads from anywhere in the cabin with line of sight to the transponder, for the toll roads as well as my parking garage at work. People at work with the older S models had serious trouble with...

New owner building arsenal of emergency adapters and cables

The 14-50 Tesla specific cord on evseadapters.com plugs into 14-30/14-50/14-60 outlets and provides a 14-50 receptacle. They also have adapters that convert TT-30, 6-20, 6-30, and 6-50 into 14-50 receptacles. Combined this covers quite a lot of options. However there are still some outliers...

    The Superchargers are Wide Open

The most I have seen at once in Denton is 3 including mine. It was also the oldest one there. Mine was built in Dec 2016 (a whole 4 months old), and was the oldest car there at the time. The other two still had temp tags, one from Texas, the other had North Carolina temps.

    Model S: No Spare Tire

For anyone who has a spare for their Tesla now, what did you do? I just replaced a wheel I had damaged clipping a curb at speed (50mph). The damage looked cosmetic at first but once it was looked at in the service center it was definitely bent and unbalanced so wouldn't make a suitable spare...

    Autopilot 2.0 Hardware Experience

I got my HW2 90D right before Christmas. In that time it has gone from literally no features (no TACC, no AP, no autopark, no lane departure warnings, no summon, etc) to being close to having most of them: TACC up to 85 mph. The first patch including TACC was limited to 70mph which was too...

    Lane Departure Warning?

HW2 car here: Its a bit comical getting the lane departure warning rumbles while using the autopilot on the iffier highways (anywhere on I-35 in Dallas as it is under continuous construction).

High Fidelity sound system new Model S - worth it?

I have the sound system. The speakers definitely needed to be broken in a while, which is a fun challenge as the car conspires to mute or turn off the audio when nobody is in the car.

Talk me into 100A wiring vs 50A wiring

I got my HW2 Model S car right before Christmas. After talking to a few other Model S owners I decided the 72 amp charging upgrade shouldn't matter for me so I declined that upgrade. I used the portable charger on a 14-50 outlet for 3 months. Two weeks ago, I replaced the 14-50 receptacle...
