Uninstall and reinstall the app. This fixed it for me in the past.

Below or behind the MCU. I had both of my 12v plugs stop and the SC fixed them while the car was in service. They said it was buried and not easy to get to. not sure exactly. Good luck and let us know the outcome.

I just had both upper control arms replaced on my XP100D build date of 12/17. Mileage was same as yours when the problem started. At first it was just the left side that was a problem, but before I had my appointment, the right side started making noise too. Problems solved now that I had them...

I had mine stop working as well. I had to take it to the service center as the fuse box that holds that fuse is behind the MCU. Stop by a service center and they’ll do it for you.

I recently had the service center in Littleton CO do an alignment in the “low” setting just because of this issue. I had to sign a form and pay for them to do it. Sure wish I had done it before I replaced the tires last time :/
