Below or behind the MCU. I had both of my 12v plugs stop and the SC fixed them while the car was in service. They said it was buried and not easy to get to.

I just had both upper control arms replaced on my XP100D build date of 12/17. Mileage was same as yours when the problem started. At first it was just the left side that was a problem, but before I had my appointment, the right side started making noise too. Problems solved now that I had them...
I had mine stop working as well. I had to take it to the service center as the fuse box that holds that fuse is behind the MCU.
Stop by a service center and they’ll do it for you.
I recently had the service center in Littleton CO do an alignment in the “low” setting just because of this issue. I had to sign a form and pay for them to do it.
Sure wish I had done it before I replaced the tires last time :/
