In effect yes, it can be ignored. The best a succesful non-binding shareholder proposal can be considered is as a demonstration of the Sense of Shareholders' Attitudes. More accurately, it is such a sense among those shareholders who voted. As is, of course, every shareholder (or political...

I keep waiting for the Labor Union discussion descent down the rabbit hole to die out. Any more of it and I or another will indeed take action. The persistent need by certain members to Have The Last Word certainly is tiresome for everyone else.

Some unexpected color here: Two days ago I was trespassing on a dock, one owned by a barge company that transits between Alaska and points south. “Why / What are you doing here?” is the normal kind of question such activity engenders. What I was presented with, though, was 100% confined to: “Are...

Back on 30 Sept, @StarFoxisDown! posted a Twitter feed from “Tesla China Analyst” that 52,000 was the domestic sales #. From these CPCA data, that shows to have been spot-on (and scarily so). With that, my admonition that he’d better be right, or else…. no longer applies.

I was hoping someone would bring this up. From the world of sailing, I can say that the three main ways of connecting the helm (wheel) and the rudder are rod, cable or hydraulic (with +/- steering by electric wire perhaps available on superyachts - I don't know). The best "feel" comes from...
