Yes, you can ignore the gateway page. The gateway has two software ethernet interfaces (internal and home-facing) and the UI gets confused by that. /api/networks will give you the details.

You can use the Tesla One app or Netzero to get string diagnostics. You'll want to do that at peak production, both with and without the failing string. That might give you some more data to escalate the issue with Tesla.

I don't think VPP operators have much control over DSGS events, other than one test event per month to meet the minimum. The events are triggered by CAISO day-ahead prices, so they are governed by supply, demand, and the electricity market.

Agreed -- these problems all seem related to the BMS, and since the chemistry is new for Powerwalls and LFP brings its own challenges, it's understandable that it would take some time to resolve the issues.

There's a 24.20.0-pvac c29996fd out in the wild, but at low numbers (<0.2%). pvac is Tesla's nomenclature for the inverter, so that could possibly be a patched release for this issue.
