Little update , we ended up swapping BMS with new from tesla the correct type, now i need someone who can flash it in, as we dont have backup obviously 🫢 Hoping someone from forum can do remotely 🫢 @wk057

I would consider option 2 also, just not sure how to find out which BMS fitting exact model and "pack config" There is not many options on the market unless i dont know where to look :D
