    I have Carl’s hood hinges installed as well, and the quality is incredible. When swapping them in, I realized how flawed the old OEM supports were. Plus, his price is half that of the OEM parts quote from the local SC.

    That’s exactly what they did when my 2.5 Sport PEM was replaced. In most cases they reuse the cover, but they order that badge just in case. The part number is the same for all “Base” motor Roadsters’ PEMs. The Roadster Sport badge for the PEM is ordered for replacements on Sport models.

    If you are not hearing the compressor and fans in the front of the vehicle turn on at all, that means only your coolant pump is fighting to get the car below 42C before charging can start.     I agree with @X.l.r.8 on diagnosing your HVAC system. Have you checked the HVAC refrigerant levels? Refrigerant likely needs a recharge if the car is not automatically using the A/C when plugged in to get the ESS back below 42C to initiate charging. If it were the compressor or coolant pump...

    Those are the sway bar bushings. To diagnose the control arm bushings, you'll need to remove the upper wishbone assembly and you'll find two bushings. They require a bushing press tool, like this - Lotus Elise Exige Bushing removal installation too
