Ok registration looks like it is open again, so I was able to RSVP. Of course the live person I got through to after calling a bunch of numbers at Tesla had confirmed that registration was definitely closed and there was nothing to do.

I got an invite email yesterday at 2:00 PM saying I have 48 hours to RSVP. I just tried to RSVP (24.5 hours after receiving my email) and I get a message saying registration is closed. Anyone have any idea who I might be able to call to see if I can still sign up?

Mine still does a lot of "rolling stops" in my neighborhood. I still feel like the car needs to stop quicker and harder than it does when it does actually come to a complete stop.

I absolutely hate how the car will turn its wheels when I try to use regular summon to put my car into my garage. They really need to dumb it down to where it goes in just a straight line all the time.

I’m still trying to decide if I should modify my model x order to change from 6 seat long range to plaid. Now the price difference between a 6-seat long range and a plaid is only like $11,000…but when I ordered the cost difference was $20,000. If it was just $11,000 I would change…but...

I still hate how the car straddles the center line of streets with no markings instead of staying completely on the right side.

My drive through my neighbor [hood] went pretty good…got me to the Walgreens parking lot (although I did hit the accelerator once) and then got me from my parking space to in front of my house with no interventions. I saw real improvement with this update.

There is a short grace period I believe after disengaging FSDb where what you do doesn't ding you. I can't find a description of it right now anywhere though.

I don't have a regular WiFi connection and I received 69.1.1 last night. To download, I had to park my car halfway into my garage and move my wifi repeater so I could get a good enough signal to download.

You are correct...but missing out on "safe" driving because you are in FSD/AP mode can hurt your score by magnifying the "unsafe" aspects of your driving. If you miss out on doing a bunch of safe driving because your are AP/FSD most of the time, and then do one or two "bad turns" when you don't...

You can improve your aggressive turning score by doing circles in a parking lot. Just need to do the right size circle at the right speed for a few minutes.

Yes, the first model 3's sold were the long range rear wheel drive (RWD) versions with just one motor. Per wikipedia, the LR RWD were made July 2017 - November 2018 (and then also a brief period between March 2019 and June 2019).
