LOL - So Tesla now said they will send out a Site Investigator to conduct an investigation into the damages caused by the technician. They said that if the investigator finds that the damage was not under warranty or the service agreement, I would be charged $300.00. I just can't believe this *sugar*!

I have the PW2. And yes, I will keep hounding them! This is not what I signed up for. If I could do it over, i would have gone with a different manufacture/company for the Battery. Love the cars, but the residential side of Tesla is not good!

Update - I am now in the que for tier 2 support. I was notified via email that the minimum wait time is 20-30 days. Received and additional email the following day stating that there could another delay of up to 10 days due to the hurricanes. I called support with my disappointment and they said...

I did earlier and it went to charge via discharge

On the mobile app - it never leaves goes off the standby mode. I am on TOU plan and it would previously show discharging at peak times. Also, went from selling previously and last month nothing.

Just ran through the tutorial/trouble shooting on the app. Going to give it a shot.

I have the same problem. However, mine was discharging as it was designed to do for months and working properly. I just received my monthly SCE electric bill and was shocked! I realized my PW was in standby mode when it was supposed to be discharging. Not sure how long that has been going on...

I just cancelled my Tesla insurance. Went with Farmers - $2520.00 annually, 10 bucks cheaper than Tesla with more coverage.

New MYP owner here in So. cal. Also, time of day will effect the rates/score. I believe driving from 10 pm to 4 am will cause the score to increase as well as the premium.
